👋 I am Mehmet, a lead user experience designer at Publicis Sapient with over 7 years of experience in the field. Throughout my career, I have worked on a diverse range of projects, including B2B, B2C, e-commerce, conversational design, design systems, app redesigns, and service design platforms.

Currently, I am based in Los Angeles, having previously worked out of the New York office. For the past 4.5 years at Publicis Sapient, I have partnered with major clients like Verizon and Visible. My background also includes roles at Cole Haan, Boston Consulting Group, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, as well as various freelance engagements.

My strengths lie in my attention to detail and strategic big-picture thinking. I enjoy being involved throughout the entire design process—from conducting research to define core problems, developing high-fidelity conceptual solutions, prototyping, pitching ideas, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

My work has been commended by my superiors and well-received by C-suite executives. As a manager, I prioritize mentoring others and fostering an environment that encourages growth and creative collaboration.
